Inquire

Once your venue is booked and you have an idea of the colors and feel of your florals and decor, reach out to us to check our availability. If your wedding is in the Spring (February-May) or Fall (October-November), our books fill up quickly.

 During our peak seasons (January – May and September – December) we require the order to meet a subtotal minimum of $3,500 (before set up/delivery fees and taxes) before we can add on our Setup services. During our non-peak season (June – August) the subtotal minimum is just $2,000. If your order comes under these minimums, we are happy to offer otherwise, Delivery/Drop Off or Shop Pickup is available with Delivery/Pickup Fees

Schedule your initial complimentary consultation with us by emailing, calling, or filling out our contact form. We suggest planning an hour for us to talk, visualize, and play with hard goods. By the end of our chat, your mind will be at ease about your wedding florals and decor!

Preparing for your initial consultation:

1. Provide the consultant with your completed Floral Info Form

2. Email us your inspiration pictures or send us a link to your Pinterest board

We are specifically looking for pictures of: Bouquets, Ceremony Décor, Reception Décor, Additional Décor, Color, Shape, and Overall Feel.

3. Gather color swatches or paint chips of the colors of your wedding
4. Email/bring a picture of your wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses
5. Bring a ballpark budget

Additional Considerations +

As a full service event florist, our skilled team is available to Setup and Breakdown the florals and decor that we are providing for you. We will even Transfer any ceremony decor to your reception so it gets more than one use! Our Setup, Transfer and Breakdown fees will be outlined in your proposal.

*These services are available for set fees year round to orders that meet our subtotal minimums.

consult day

It is our goal to know & understand all the details of your design style. What you love, what you don’t love, what parts of your floral decor are most important to you and what parts fall under the “would be nice to have” category. We’ll pull vases and hard goods from our inventory to help visualize your tablescape. We’ll look at our design portfolio and your inspiration photos. By the time we wrap up, we will have all the information we need to prepare your custom design proposal.

After our initial consultation, our Creative Director, Alexis, will put together a detailed design proposal outlining all designs discussed and line item pricing. We aim to have this to you by email no more than 10 days after our consultation.

reserve your date

Once you’ve reviewed your custom design proposal, it’s time to add your name to our calendar. A deposit and contract are needed to ensure your spot on our calendar. However, you can absolutely make changes and revisions to your design proposal up until your final consultation – 6 weeks prior to your wedding.

We will plan your final consultation approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding. This is when we will review everything on your order, finalize design changes, quantities, ribbon wrap colors, and firm up any final logistics of your wedding day. A final order will be sent to you for your approval and final payment is due 30 days before your event.

Then… you can happily cross this off your to-do list and focus on other details of your Big Day!

We know we’ll have done our job right when we hear your squeals of joy and see tears of happiness upon delivery! (Kidding… but not really.)

Additional Considerations +

*If hired for setup services, we will deliver your bouquets and other personal flowers to your desired delivery location, then go about setting up all the floral and decor elements that we are providing for you. Our skilled design team will make sure that everything is just right!

*If hired for Transfer services, we will repurpose your ceremony decor to the reception and breakdown any arch or alter structures that we have provided for you.

*If hired for Breakdown services, we will return to your reception venue at the end of your event and collect our hard goods and transfer any flowers into disposable containers so that you may take your flowers with you!
